Over 27 years of experience in various levels of support, from the highest level of administration assistance provided to the Departments of the  Canadian Military; to gaining valuable lessons with supplying the highest level of customer service in a retail organization.

Competent team of enterprising Military Spouses contributing over 20 years experience to providing Superior Administrative support.   Adding a strong foundation in a customer service based industry and increasing the marketing value of the clients we assist.  Intertwined in this knowledge we have skilled support staff with a wide variety of expertise the YES Virtual Service team can answer all of your needs.

What We Do

YES Virtual Service is a modern and effective team capable of playing a number of important roles:

 As you deal with the stress of building your new business up to the level of needing personal assistant, a Virtual Assistant can do everything for you with out being in “your” office space.

Continuing with your current business and increasing your level of productivity so that you need a part time assistant.

In the Real-estate world you are not making money unless you are working out of your car or selling a home. So if this is your business we can keep the paperwork flowing, contact the lawyers, the building inspectors, the contractors, the sellers, or buyers, we can be “You” in the office when “You” are out making the money.

YES Virtual Service VA’s are a well trained and professional force.

They have the skills, knowledge and experience that make YES Virtual Service a modern, effective and professional option to any business person.  If we don’t have the skills at this exact moment we are willing to learn and adapt to all the needs of your business. 

          Communication – firm and effective communication both verbally and written to know what the client needs, wants and even to anticipate the unexpected.

          Sharing of ideas to assist the Client to grow, increase productivity and get the “to do list” completed.

          Equipment- having the most up to date equipment and software to accomplish the task in the expected time line.

Availability - Living in a variety of places you will have the added bonus of time. There for as your clients in the West coast are just getting out of bed; the VA on the East has already been working on your behalf for them. Working out of our homes, our hours are extendable, and we do not need to leave when the security person says to clock out.  We are your support when ever you need it.

Knowledge – continue to train and keep up on the most up to date advances in the respective areas, from the VA world and the internet, to the clients business world and the know how needed to support that partnership.  If we don’t already know it, we will definitely take the time to get to know it proficiently.
